Beautyovostore.com ships to addresses in the United States and Europe. We utilize various carriers to ensure your package arrives efficiently, with rates subject to change. UPS and FedEx are our preferred shippers, though we may employ other methods for large items. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. For oversized or bulky items, the shipping cost may differ. Our Customer Service team will provide a shipping estimate for your confirmation.
Shipping and handling fees are determined by the weight of your order’s items.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on certain online orders, dispatched via UPS SmartPost, Economy, or Ground. Your order’s subtotal must exceed a specified amount, post-discounts and pre-taxes, to be eligible. This offer does not apply to select products, as noted on their pages, nor to orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii. Additional fees for oversized items are still applicable.
Shipping Time
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, and at most within 2-3 business days under normal circumstances. However, during peak holiday seasons or in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as the need to transfer stock from different locations, this timeframe may extend to 3-7 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check the delivery status.
Oversize Charges
Bulky and heavy products incur higher shipping costs, reflected in an additional delivery surcharge listed in the product description, besides standard delivery charges.
Freight Truck (LTL) Delivery
To minimize your costs, we may ship your order via Freight Truck (LTL), partnering with diverse shipping companies instead of USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
What is Freight Truck (LTL) Delivery?
‘LTL’ means ‘Less-Than-Truckload’, a cost-effective method for shipping palletized orders. Your shipping costs are kept low by consolidating your items onto pallets, possibly requiring multiple shipments. LTL deliveries can be made to both residential and commercial addresses, with costs based on weight, pallet count, distance, and additional services.
Delivery Expectations
LTL shipments typically arrive within 14 days. You’ll receive a call from the freight company to schedule the delivery. The delivery options include:
Lift Gate / Curbside Service: The delivery truck will have a lift gate for curbside item lowering. The recipient is responsible for moving the items thereafter.
Tailgate Delivery: The truck will park at a convenient location near your address, and the delivery team will move the items to the truck’s tailgate. It is up to the recipient to unload the items. Inability to do so may result in extra fees for re-delivery or storage.
